Chef Joe Horvath & Team utilize the seasons of Northeast Ohio to create their menu. The menu changes weekly, as they get an availability list from our farmers, and they create dishes that best showcase those ingredients that are offered. All of the charcuterie and pasta is made in house, and a portion of the produce on the menu is grown across the street in our culinary garden. Since we change the menu frequently based on availability, please do not be alarmed if something you see on this menu is not available in the restaurant when you come in. Remember, food is a way to have great dialogue with the ones you love, so order a little bit of everything and share with your friends and family!
